  • About us
In a recent article about happiness at work, Harvard professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter suggests that the happiest among us are those who are solving the toughest problems and "making a difference" in people's lives. Not only does it give me great pleasure to lead faculty and staff on our educational path but most importantly knowing that we can have a long lasting positive impact on the life of students around the globe.

Developing the whole child means not only guiding them towards academic excellence but also helping them find their true passions in life and empowering them to become active participants in the transformation of our society.

The use of technology comprehensively to support innovative teaching and learning as well as a robust arts, languages, athletics and enrichment program allows us to develop students holistically. I believe these subjects are CO-curricular and not EXTRA curricular. These disciplines are not ‘extra’ as they are as important as academics in the development of competencies such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication and multi-cultural understanding.

We often hear that schools prepare students to become productive citizens which means that having the skills and knowledge is not enough. In order to be successful in life we need to understand and contribute positively to our society. Outreach and learning service programs give us a great opportunity to discover first-handed the needs and success stories from the society we are a part of. It allows us to analyze, develop strategies and plan a brighter future for our community
